a live music Eco-cultural immersion on the Great Barrier Reef

This will be an unforgettable experience where ticket holders can enjoy snorkeling with the resident turtles, colorful corals, and abundant marine life via LMHQ pontoon, a world-class facility permanently moored in the calm turquoise waters of Lady Musgrave Islands coral cay lagoon. With 5 hours on the Southern Great Barrier Reef, be sure to pack your swimmers, or for those that prefer to stay dry, you can experience the wonders of the reef from LMHQ's large underwater observatory with floor-to-ceiling glass panels.
This intimate live music session on the reef features the melodic sounds from indie-folk duo JC & The Tree supported by folk duo Brook St. Tickets include; return transfers to Lady Musgrave HQ from Bundaberg Port Marina, buffet lunch, snorkeling equipment hire, live music, Master Reef Guide presentation, cultural performance and talk, full licensed bar and grazing tables for morning and afternoon tea.

ITINERARY:
- Arrive 6:45am at Bundaberg Port Marina for check-in (vessel departs 7am) onboard luxury transfer vessel 'Reef Empress'
- Grazing table for morning tea during outbound journey
- 9:30am Arrival at Lady Musgrave Island Lagoon
- 9:45am - 11am Brook St Music
- 11am-2pm Snorkelling activities, Taribelang Bundaberg Cultural Performance
- 12pm-2pm Lunch buffet of fresh prawns, gourmet salads, soup, sourdough & cold meats
- 1:45pm-3pm JC & The Tree
- 3pm - 3:20pm Live fish feeding and Marine Biologist Presentation
- 3:20pm Boarding transfer vessel for 3:30pm departure
- 5:30pm Arrival back to Bundaberg Port Marina
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Tickets will not be held without payment.
- Minimum age 8 years old
The event is offshore on a remote island and as such is weather-dependent. Guests should prepare for offshore vessel transfers by taking seasickness precautions (please see Confirmation email for further details). Should we have to cancel due to weather we will issue a full refund for ticket holders.
- Dietary Requirements: As the event has set buffet menu we are unable to cater to specific dietary requirements and allergies. Should you have allergies or requirements we recommend bringing alternative meals/snacks/food. Our menu will have limited vegan and gluten-free options and as such it is recommended that those requiring strictly vegan or gluten-free meals bring extra snacks and food with them to ensure their comfort throughout the day. For any anaphylactic allergies we highly recommend bringing your own epic pen as well as food to ensure no cross-contamination.
- Snorkelling activities take place from 11am - 2pm. All snorkeling equipment is provided however please note that in-water activities are strictly prohibited once alcohol has been consumed for your safety and to comply with RSA license requirements. Wristbands will be provided and must be worn once alcohol is purchased.
VIP TICKETS
To purchase VIP upgraded tickets please select VIP Upgrade from the extra's menu as an add-on to your ticket. VIP tickets are limited to 30 due to seating limitations in the Captains Premium Lounge area. VIP area is strictly 18+ for this event.
